Marina Haikin

Marina is an international development consultant with a PhD in education and over 15 years of experience in primary, secondary and tertiary and teacher education programing worldwide. Her expertise is in educational inclusion, education in emergencies and transitions, education reform, climate change education and working with underprivileged communities. She has a successful record of providing technical assistance to Ministries of Education and INGOs in strategy, curriculum, teacher training and capacity development systems, teaching and learning materials (TLM) and research.


Htoo Ler

Htoo Ler's passion lies in sharing strategic thinking, deep listening, compassion, and application of community development approach to development and humanitarian projects with colleagues and partners. With over 15 years of experience working on development and humanitarian projects funded by DFAT, ..., and ... and implemented by partner organizations, Htoo Ler has expertise in all aspects of project cycle management from participatory design to monitoring, evaluation and learning. 

Yee Lwin

Yee Lwin possesses a wealth of experience in community mobilization and partnership building, with a strong focus on gender issues and close collaboration with rural communities and international organizations, highlighting her ability to navigate diverse environments. As a skilled facilitator, Yee Lwin excels at establishing and nurturing strong relationships, fostering fruitful partnerships along the way.

With her extensive language skills and superb communication skills she effectively bridges cultural gaps, ensuring the most accurate and impactful communication of complex concepts.

 

 


Stan Jagger

Stan Jagger is a course designer, teacher, researcher and trainer who has worked extensively in Southeast Asia with a specific focus on Myanmar. His academic background is in international relations (PhD, University of Waikato, 2015), and he has variously taught politics, international relations, study skills and social sciences at a number of universities, post-secondary organisations and community-based training programmes throughout Myanmar, Thailand, and in New Zealand. His publications include textbooks on federalism, learning skills, social sciences, and political science, as well as research reports, and political analysis for the news media.
